A broker is the employer; a salesperson is the employee. All salespersons must work under a licensed broker — there are no exceptions. Brokers can work independently or hire salespersons. A key difference: a salesperson may only have one specialty (e.g., residential sales or property management), while a broker can hold multiple specialties simultaneously.
We are a correspondence-based real estate school. Here's how it works:

We built the school we wished existed — guided, fast-paced, and focused on what you actually need to know to pass. Nearly two decades and 11,900 students later, we've refined our teaching methods to be the best in California.
